We’ll start by gently moving, grounding and settling the nervous system, then set an intention to connect with your inner guidance—your intuition, higher self, or body’s wisdom. Through gentle prompts, you’ll explore the feelings and qualities you want to call in and give them form through a symbolic vision board or artwork.

The focus isn’t on making something visually perfect, but on creating a meaningful representation of what your body already knows. You’re free to draw, collage, or work with whatever materials you have—there’s no right way, only an invitation to listen and allow the vision to emerge.
